Shipping and Handling
Order will be processed for shipment 1-3 business days from order placement.
Packages shipped within the continental USA and Canada are shipped using USPS/UPS Ground. Orders shipping to APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, US territories and PO Boxes will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail and cannot be expedited.Standard Shipping (Domestic 5-7 business days): $9.95

All international orders (Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, Hong Kong, New Zealand, Philippines): $20
We currently only ship packages to Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, Hong Kong, Philippines. The shipping costs do not cover any taxes or duty levied once the shipment reaches the destination. Customs policies vary by country and we are not responsible for any charges. If you have any questions, contact your local customs office for more information.

Sometimes things don't work out. If you would like to return any or all of your order, you may do so within 14 days of placing your order. Returns will be accepted on merchandise in original condition with all tags attached. Items must be unused, undamaged, unwashed and unaltered. The Adela Mei return tag must be attached to the garment. Please be careful when trying on items and avoid contact with makeup and sharp objects to avoid stains and snags. Items returned in a condition that prohibits resale may be returned to the customer and refused a refund.
To return an item, fill out the return form and include it in your package. You can then ship the box out using the enclosed returns label. Please allow 2-3 weeks from the time you mail your return for it to be processed. All returns will be credited back to the original form of payment. Shipping fees are non-refundable. A $7.95 fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of the return. We will email you to let you know when your return has been processed.
All sales are final on international orders unless due to manufacturer defect.
Store Credits and Exchanges
We offer store credit for items ending .70. If you need a different size, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, if product is available we will do the exchange.
All items ending in .99 cannot be returned or exchanged.
